Career guidance and professional development training for Roma from the municipality of Niska Banja supported by the Belgrade Fund for Political Excellence (BFPE).

Project goal: Inclusion in the training program for the profession of Forklift driver for students from the municipality of Niska Banja, in order to be more competitive in the labor market with KVIS and the acquired knowledge and skills.

Project results All involved participants successfully completed the training and went through the measures of KVIS, out of 9 participants, 5 participants started the first formal work engagement after the training. The Roma Student Association has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Belgrade fund for political excellence.
