Mobile Career Center II is part of a broader program of German development cooperation implemented within the program "Inclusion of Roma and other marginalized groups in Serbia" implemented by the German organization for international cooperation - Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).

Project goal: Osnaživanje Roma i Romkinja i drugih marginalizovanih grupa stanovništva za ukjučivanje u tržište rada.

Project results: A total of 425 users from 13 municipalities and cities are involved in the activities and measures of Mobile Career Center II - Nis, Aleksinac, Leskovac, Lebane, Grdelica, Babusnica, Zajecar, Doljevac, Razanj, Vranje, Surdulica, Vladicin Han, Pirot.

344 beneficiaries were included in the KVIS measures, and after being included in these measures, 61 beneficiaries established the first formal work engagement.

Trainings for acquiring qualified skills were realized during the program "Mobile Career Center II" for the following occupations: crane operators, forklift driver, welder, digital marketing manager and web programming. The training programs covered 75 beneficiaries, and six months after the completion of the training, 65 beneficiaries started formal work engagement.

U saradnji sa partnerskim organizacijama u program podrške za pokretanje sopstvenog posla podržano je 11 korisnika dodelom opreme za započinjanje sopstvenog posla.

RSU je uspostavilo uspešnu saradnju partnerima na regionalnom i nacionalnom nivou u cilju promovisanja zapošljavanja mladih i podrške za Inkuziju romske zajednice.
