Obuka „Night and Day“

U okviru programa „Inkluzija Roma i drugih marginalizovanih grupa u Srbiji“, koji realizuje Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, u saradnji sa Ministarstvom za ljudska i manjinska prava i društveni dijalog završena je obuka za Administrativnog radnika, Pomoćnog kuvara, Konobara, Pica majstora i Dostavljača hrane u kompaniji Café Pizzeria Night and Day iz Niša. Obuka je sprovedena uz stručnu podršku GFA Consulting Group, u objektima kompanije Night and Day u Nišu. Obuku je završilo 12 polaznika i polaznica iz Niša i okoline, od kojih je 7 polaznika odmah dobilo formalno radno angažovanje.

Svetlana Marković, menadzer kompanije Night and Day je kaže da su do kandidata/kinja došli uz pomoć Romskog studentskog udruženja iz Niša. Vrlo smo zadovoljni izborom kandidata. Među polaznicima su šest devojka i šest mladića,Romi i mladi iz ruralnog područja. Naša kompanija radi 24h ne pravimo razliku da li je noć ili dan Night and Day je uvek dostupan. Prijatan ambijent u centru grada u kome ćete uživati u hrani izvanrednog kvaliteta i ukusa, koju karakteriše italijanska testenina, originalni mocarela sir, najfiniji pelat paradajz, sveže povrće, prvoklasni pršut, kao i pica od hrskavog tankog testa. Zaposleni u ugostiteljstvu su uglavnom mladi, često i student pa je ovo dobra prilika da se smanji i etnička distance prema Romskoj zajednici. Romsko studentsko udruženje mi je pomoglo da saznam za obuku za pica majstora i da se u nju uključim, kao i da je pohađam. 


Ovakvi programi podrške su jako važni za sve koji žele da rade, ali im je potreban sertifikat, a do njega nije lako doći bez finansijske podrške. Kaže polaznica obuke Nela Durmišević.

Obuka mi je donela novo znanje koje mi je omogućilo da se zaposlim u kompaniji „Night and Day “ kao konobarica, kaže polaznica obuke Ivana Milojević.
Bio sam na obuci za pica majstora i vrlo sam zadovoljan obukom , kao i onome šta sam sve naučio u toku obuke jer u današnje vreme nakon Covida je teško doći do posla bez traženih-deficitarnih znanja i veštiina potvrđenim sertifikatom, kaže polaznik obuka Stanko Gocić. #GIZInR #InkluzijaRoma

The first step towards education

Initiative within the project "NETWORK OF FRIENDS OF INCLUSIVE EDUCATION", implemented with the support of the Center for Interactive Pedagogy CIP.

Training "Be Your Own Man"

The training was organized for young unemployed Roma men and women in Nis and Pirot within the program of the project "Poverty Reduction and Improving Employment Opportunities for Marginalized and Vulnerable Groups in Serbia" and was supported by the HELP Office in Nis. The goal of the training: Support for young Roma men and women on the path of career planning and increasing the employability of young people. Training results: A total of 52 participants participated in the training.

Seasonal employment

As part of the support program for asylum seekers from EU Member States, and in particular from the Federal Republic of Germany, as part of the activities of the PME / DIMAK / KRIS program implemented by Deutsche Gesellshaft für Internationale Zusammenarebeit (GIZ) GmbH, seasonal employment was organized for the needs of the company Mamminger Konserven Srbija in cooperation with the organization Phenomena from Kraljevo.

Promotion of employment of Roma youth in Nisava district

The program "Education of Roma children" for primary school students is support and assistance in the process of learning and writing homework, supported by Caritas Aleksinac.
